You can cancel or reschedule any cleaning appointment with at least 24 hours notice without any penalty. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a small cancellation fee may apply.
How do you handle keys and access to my home?
Keys or access codes are handled with strict confidentiality. They are securely stored and managed with access limited only to your assigned cleaners. Clients may also choose to be home to provide access if that is preferred.
Do you offer any satisfaction guarantee
Yes, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If youre not completely happy with the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge.
